What’s that Snell?

Happy Wednesday. Or as they say in LA “it’s a beautiful day when Mookie and Ohtani are signed.” The backup plan – Seth Lugo – has signed with the Kansas City Royals. At the top end of the market, where the Red Sox should be playing anyway, Jordan Montgomery, Blake Snell, Marcus Stroman (kinda?), and Yoshinobu Yamamoto are all still available. Plus Glasnow via trade for a team outside the AL East. Can they get one of these guys? And a back end? Two of them? Chris Sale will be off the books in 2025 after all…
